Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") before using the Calculators app for iOS and macOS (the "App") operated by IMUSE INC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of service

The App provides a collection of calculators covering finance, health, math, unit conversion, and everyday arithmetic. All calculations run locally on your device. The App is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify calculators and features at any time without notice.

Results produced by the App are estimates intended for general informational and educational purposes. They do not constitute financial, medical, legal, tax, or professional advice of any kind.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IMUSE INC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE APP EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Changes to these terms

For material changes we will provide notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please stop using the App.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida, USA.
